DS-7716NXI-I4 / S NVR Alarm output reset?

Hello!

I have a DS-7716NXI-I4 / S NVR with 4 alarm output.
I wired it correctly to my home automation system, because i can see the alarm on/off state in the ui of the system.
I set up motion detection with linked alarm output action.
My problem is, the output is not switching to off state after the motion detection alarm. I have to put it manually to off state.
Can somebody help me please, what can I do about it?
Maybe I have to set up 'intelligent event'?

Hi, did you solve your problem? I have a similar one, the alarm is correct if done manually but not recognized when it should be triggered e.g. by event... thanks!!
