DS-7732NI-I4/16P only shows 16 Cameras not 32

It would appear that I loaded firmware that was for a 16 camera system and now that I load the correct firmware, it only shows 16 cameras

Is there any way of recovering from this please - yep, I feel like a Muppet and it took me ages to find the right wrong software ;-)

I think that means you have 16 channels (16 cameras) active on the system?

Thanks, Sadly, we have 32 camera connected. I was looking for some spare "slots" and thought it would be a great idea to upgrade the firmware
