Hi all new member just want feedback regarding the Hikvision system DS-KIS602 this has been used to control pre existing electric gates via POE on dedicated switch. Property has been through a full gut out renovation has had 2 power cuts due to snagging work and on both occasions the door station has lost connectivity to hik connect app (unable to view camera door station and unable to remotely open gate or even via indoor station the message is 'call failed'. On other systems (Videx etc) its back on in a flash granted thry are 2 wire systems but due to being unwell iv not been out to site. When i did send somebody the first time after a day or 2 they pressed the call button and it worked. 2nd time it self rectified after a couple hours. Is this normal with Hik IP access Products?
