Would appreciate any help.
I have DS-KD8003-IME1 which is connected via cat5e cable to a poe switch, DS-3E0106HP-E. It intermittently disconnects and says no link and calling failed on the main door station.
Error code is 10200 on the indoor station. DS-KH6320-WTE1.
I normally have to turn it off and reconnect to turn it back on but even this is no longer working.
Is there any solution as my main electric gate is connected to this system as the main access point to my house?
