Door Entry Hikvision Doorbell Station DS-KH6320-WTE1 - Call button doesn't work? ["Calling Failed"]

I have the indoor station DS-KH6320-WTE1 and it is connected to the outdoor doorbell.
Below there is a photo of the wiring.

The problem is that the call button doesn't work (returns message : calling failed), but the door lock opens and closes normally.

Any suggestions please?

Are you able to liveview and unlock? If you can, try to check the time settings, room number and restart the device.

I got the same issue, because of wifi setting are not updated in Intercom
Unable to update wifi password because of password issue. I did reset the password through sARD tool, still getting@ incorrect password@
Can someone asssit me with this?
