DS-KV8113-WME1(B) hangs after Hikconnect usage

Hi!

I have an outdoor unit DS-KV8113-WME1(B) and 3 indoor units DS-KH6320-WTE1(EU)

Versions:

- DS-KV8113-WME1(B): 2.2.53 build 220901
-DS-KH6320-WTE1(EU): 2.2.96 build 241111

When I use Hikconnect to answer calls and ringbells, after some random time (it can be hours or days), the outdoor unit DS-KV8113-WME1(B) will eventually freeze and lose connection from both Hikconnect and indoor units. To solve the issue I have to log in to the web console of the device from the LAN and execute reboot.


- Indoor DS-KH6320-WTE1(EU): is latest available firmware
- Outdoor DS-KV8113-WME1(B): latest available firmware is 2.2.53 build 230981, with same date as my build (2024-08-28).

However, when I try to update latest firmware is failing with error "Upgrading failed".

I would really appreciate if you can help me to solve this issue or with instructions to perform update for latest firmware.

You add indoor station to hik connect not door station
