Just joined your forum via an online search for a small issue I have and I'm hoping someone can help.
I have a Hikvision CCTV set-up and have noticed that my event camera window - the image area you place your event lines, boxes etc for intrusion alerts is slightly smaller in coverage than my live camera view and camera display window (where you place or edit your date and time box). It's like the outside edge or a strip of the live view or camera display window has been cropped off inwards on all four sides. I would like my event window to be the same in coverage as my live or camera display view. How do I adjust/edit this?
My nvr is a DS-7608NI-K2/8P with Hik cameras for home cctv security.
