Hi everyone,
I purchased a Hikvision Pan camera from a guy that was upgrading his system.
The model is DS-2CD6924G0-IHS 2.8mm.
I have checked online but none of the video content has worked.
When I plug it into the NVR it says offline "incorrect user and password"
When i plug it into my switch SDAP sees the NVR but not the camera.
Just need it back to factory default if possible.
