Factory reset DS-3E1518P-SI

Hi,
I have three Switch DS-3E1518P-SI devices. I updated (Firmware) the first one without any problems.
After restarting the second one, I no longer have access to the web interface.
Ping still works, so the IP address has not changed. How can I reset the switch without a reset button?
