Get Recording with old date?

Hello is possible to get access to a video recording with an old date in the NVR.
My NVR after a power-off boot with the old date 2004-01-05 and I need a record that happened yesterday (2004-01-04)

Hi @corvax

Was the NVR recording yesterday before it powered off/rebooted?
Have you tried going into the NVR playback menu to see if you can access yesterday's recorded footage? What do you see when you try and access the footage?
Which NVR model do you have and what firmware version is it currently running?

im using the IVMS4200 to have access to the footage. those DVR are in a remote location
