Help configuration cam Tapo link on NVR HIKVISION DS 7604NI/K1/4P?

Hello,

I've some trouble to set my IP Tapo link cam on the NVR Hikvision.
the cam is recognised as "online" on the quick add "online device", but when I put in the registered device, status come "exception".

When I plug the cam through the Ethernet cable on the NVR she's not recognised, but when I plug the camera on the router she is recognised as "online".

I don't know what to do...?

When you have the camera plugged into the router, are you setting the camera channel in the NVR to ONVIF protocol?

Hi Dan,

The NVR sees the camera just when she's plugged in the router.
I'll take picture it'll be easier to explain.
