Hi one and all I have created a huge issue with my hilook dvr and the hik connect app. But first let me explain how I created such a cluster #£&@ , I am a severely disabled army veteran with numerous issues including loss of eye and limited vision in my remaining eye. Together with a whole host of other issues that I won’t bore you all with.
Anyhoo here goes, I have a hilook dvr that I seem to have locked myself out of, and have also done the same with Hik-Connect app, unfortunately I employed a hilook installer who even charged me extra for free software download. My carer quickly realised he was taking advantage of my disabilities and vulnerable situation and kicked him off the property.
I need desperate help in getting me back online and was wondering if anyone could suggest a work around, I’m not stupid but I do have a brain injury that can cause me ongoing issues and would appreciate any help that could be offered, I am willing to pay a reasonable fee to give me some comfort in ensuring that I feel safe. At the moment I don’t!
