Greetings everyone,
There is a bug going around on web interface HCteams mode when you want to import your personal device.
The list offers maximum of 50 devices to display of which you would like to import. If you have 50+ then you cannot import it.
Work around is copy the POST packet from filter into postman and then change the listsize to i.e 1000 you will ge the full list in postman
After that, you need to import one you already have to get POST request which you can copy. post request name is "authorize"
once you copy that and insert into postman, you add serialnumber ,name and deviceCategory that you want to import
After that your device will be succesfully imported to teams mode.
I sent mail to Hikvision regarding this bug. This is workaround until its fixed.
