Hikvision Camera DS-2CD2086G2-IU - Strange behaviour?

I have a Camera using Smart Event Intrusion detection - On alarm it sends me 3 small low res images unlike my other camera which is the same model.
I tried to upgrade this using the NVR upgrade option which seemed to resolve it as it started sending a single high res image, but now it's reverted back to 3 low res images, its like it downgraded itself?!

When I query it via my NVR it shows the below info:

DS-2CD2086G2-IU

V5.5.131 build 200220 - Latest Version Already

However on this page it looks like a lot newer version looks like this is available V5.7.3_211222

I have a similar camera to above this one is shown below and works as I expected showing only one higher res image on Smart Event Intrustion detection.

Hi @cameraKen

Your first camera (running v5.5.131) is actually an older G3 generation of the AcuSense cameras, the firmware for the G3 cameras can be found HERE

You will see from that link that you are actually running the oldest firmware on that list, you should be okay to update straight to V5.5.801_211105 (which might fix the low-res image issue).

The other camera you have is a new (C) G5 generation AcuSense camera and the latest firmware for that (V5.7.13_230706) can be found on the Hikvision website product page.
