Few days ago after updating all equipment (cameras and NVR) I came across strange problem. Smart events (human/vehicle identification) no longer shows on a timeline (as red markers). It was the most useful feature for me. I have no idea what causes this because I've updated cameras and NVR simultaneously.
Dual-VCA in cameras is ON
Save VCA Data in NVR is ON
Enable Motion Detection in cameras is ON
Human and vehicle targets is ON
iVMS and NVR shows Smart events on timeline but to see that I have to draw area (before update I didn't have to do that to see red markers with human/vehicle detection.
I\ve downgraded NVR and camera to older firmware but this didn't solve the issue.
