Hikvision DS-2CD1343G2-IUF — How to enable RTMP push or upgrade to firmware that supports it?

Hi everyone,

I have a Hikvision DS-2CD1343G2-IUF (G2 platform, 4MP ColorVu model) currently running firmware version V5.8.10 build 250714. I’m trying to enable RTMP push so the camera can stream directly to my VPS or YouTube without using ffmpeg or MediaMTX as a relay.

I’ve seen mentions of a “Support RTMP” or “TMP-push” firmware, sometimes referred to as IPC_G2_EN_STD_5.5.131_210120_RTSP_RTMP.zip, which supposedly enables RTMP push directly from the camera. However, I can’t find a verified download or any official source for this firmware that matches my model (DS-2CD1343G2-IUF).

My questions are:

  1. Does an official RTMP-push firmware exist for the DS-2CD1343G2-IUF?
  2. If yes, where can I download it safely or request it from Hikvision or a distributor?
  3. Is there any hidden setting or feature to enable RTMP push on this camera without changing the firmware?
  4. If the firmware is distributor-only, does anyone have the contact info or a reference case to request it?

Hi @JJJ

The camera you have is a G2 model, but specifically it is a 1-series G2 camera (1xx3G2) and uses firmware from the E10 Firmware family.

As far as we are aware, there isn't an RTMP firmware for the 1-series G2 cameras.

The RTMP firmware you mention is for the 2-series G2 cameras (2xx6G2), which use firmware from the G3 Firmware family.

Can you prefer camera which will have RTMP push with TMP push, thanks also with 2.8mm lense
