The M model doesn’t have AcuSense so that option isn’t there, VCA is always by camera.

They've been there for a while so it depends which version you updated from. If you turn off the Display VCA Info/Rules they'll disappear. It's something to do with AcuSense metadata though not sure why they chose to leave it visible or whether it is unintended.
Has anyone had issues with AcuSearch suddenly not working on this firmware? Previously it had been working fine - now at the NVR it will still draw target boxes but selecting any target to search on any camera it says “No Data”. At least on my end it seems like it stopped working randomly last week., which is strange because it doesn’t line up to when I would have updated any firmware.
I downgraded a single camera to the version below that I knew worked but still same result. I can try also downgrading NVR firmware but am unsure if it will matter if it is still drawing the boxes and AcuSearch is done at the camera level I assume.

Do you mean that Acusearch worked with previous v5.7.17 versions(240424 and 240606) or with v5.7.15 ?
Acusearch(Intelligent search) did not work with v5.7.15.
What is your NVR model?
Drawing boxes(By Rules search) is another thing and worked OK with v5.7.15 for all kind of Detections

Yes AcuSearch was working for me on 5.7.15 and at least on 5.7.17 240606. When I change one of the channels to analyze by the NVR instead of the camera it seems like it works and it is just not getting the metadata from the camera. I am running a full database repair now to see if that somehow fixes it. Strangely the rules search has not worked properly for me when drawing by motion detection - I get no results but I do get results when I draw an intrusion detection box even though those cameras only use basic motion detection.

How long have you been running this? I didn’t see this version. Do they have any additional release notes or do you notice anything strange?

Yesterday, I installed the firmware on my camera, but I didn't see anything different in the menu compared to the previous version. Hikvision usually releases the firmware first, and only after a few days do they provide the PDF with the release notes. It will probably be available in a few days.
