HikVision PTZ cam in Synology Surveillance Station

Hi,

I have 5 HikVision fixed cameras working with my Synology Surveillance Station and have just added a new HikVision PTZ (pan/tilt/zoom) camera to the system.

I can utilise the PTZ functions while connecting to the camera directly with the browser but not in Surveillance Station. I have 'Enable PTZ' ticked and the mouse pointers are different from the fixed cameras in the 'Monitor Center' section. Still I can get the PTZ functions working.

Anyone had this issue please?
