Hi,
We are using DS-7604NI-I1 / 4P and was wanting to know where i can find audit log of who has logged into the hikconnect. I have a couple staff that i have allowed to view but I need to see when they were looking at the cameras?

thank you

I think (but could be wrong) that the 'remote login' you see there won't reflect what's needed. It'll create that 'remote login' entry if you login to the web interface and it does look like it will also create the same message if you open Hik-Connect and start live view. Unfortunately you can't differentiate between the two. I just did a log search for 'remote live view' and 'remote playback'; I've used both a lot over the last few days but there were no results, so those entries will only show if you start live view/playback from either the web interface or Hik-Connect where the device has been added via IP not cloud.

There is a column beside Local/Remote User, called Remote Host IP
This shows only if a change is performed locally showing the ip of the device used and if this is HikConnect(remotely),

this shows something like 127.0.0.1
At least for my configuration
Can't see that on David's image. It's on the right side

Are there any options to view access via the API gateway?

David
I'm not sure. I guess that if someone is sharing access for a business and wants more control then Hik-Connect Teams would be more appropriate to use. I've not used it but maybe that has the facility?
