I recently moved into new home , how do I gain control of the existing Hikvision system there?

So recently moved into new home with a 3 camera hik connect set up and the previous account holder and home owner won’t unbind or reply to requests to unbind. Is their any other way of bypassing this as getting an answer from Hik themselves is near impossible.

You'll need to know the password for the NVR (or each camera if they aren't connected to an NVR) - if you don't know this, then you will need to hard reset the NVR / cameras via their pushbuttons so that you can reactivate them with a new password, which is explained at the end of this guide:
