Importing Configuration File Failed?

Hi

I wanted to swap out a camera for like for like and saved the configuration of the camera.

Installed the new one and tried to load the old config, but just get a failed message.

Its not the password as I deliberately entered a wrong password and get a different error.

I've save to the desktop and not adjusted the file name

Its not the end of the world, but I would just like to make it work - since it should?

I tried that once and could never get it to work. I recall a comment about the name you give the file needing to have certain parameters - e.g. only so many letters or something like that - in order for it to work. Honestly I've gotten so good at programming the cams that I just gave up and do it manually.

Thanks, has anyone got this to work and figured out what the file name needs to be?
