Is this a camera in a front door spy-hole?

I was wondering if anyone can say from the photo I've uploaded of a front door spy-hole if it has been fitted with a video camera or if it's just a regular viewer? To me, it looks like there's a camera lens there? Is it possible to confirm this from the photo I've uploaded?

It looks like you can see daylight in the background. If there was a camera would this not be blocking the light coming through?
