Hello, I recently purchased a Hikvision camera, the model is: ds-2de2c400mwg-e-2.8mm. I initially installed the camera and for the first few days there were no issues, but then a problem started with the camera. The camera works normally, I can view it through hik-connect and through the browser, but when I want to see the recordings from the camera, it initially displays the recording and after 30 seconds the camera freezes. It does not show me in hik-connect that it is offline, but it also does not want to load the camera's interface either from the browser or from hik-connect. Sometimes the camera restarts immediately and fixes itself, until I start trying to view the recordings again, but in most cases, the camera does not restart by itself and I have to turn it off from the power and turn it back on. The camera records on an SD card that is Kingston SDCS2/256GB. The camera is not connected to an NVR. Also, as additional information, when the camera freezes and does not restart immediately, it continues to record but the recording turns out corrupted.
