KV8413-WME1C Electric Door Lock Issue

I have 3 DS-KV8413-WME1C Doorbell Intercom units connected together for 4 apartments in my building. The two units work fine unlocking the door strike at the gates when the unlock button is pressed. The main unit at the front gate once connected to the network unlocks the electric door strike and it stays unlocked all the time without any input from the user. I have wired all the Doorbell Intercoms the same way but only two function normally.
I have used the N01/COM1 setup as specified in the documentation for Electric Strike door locks.

I had this scenario 2 times. Both faced different issue

1st client used old lock which pulled strong current , relay upon opening sticked and didnt want to release basicly fried

2nd client added huge unlock time and forgot to mention ....

HI Trempa, I don't think any of those scenarios fit my issue. My main Door Station once powered on automatically unlocks the door or activates the electric door strike without any user input ( pressing the unlock button etc.) The unlock time is default 6 sec. As the 3 Door Stations where programmed with pretty much the same settings and wired exactly the same the Main Door Bell will not function properly. I have updated the system now and changed one of the Door Stations to DoorPhone (Thank you again for the help in another post I had). Again the two Door Stations (Door Phone & Door Station) unlock properly but the Main Doorbell stays unlocked.
I'm thinking could it possibly be a software issue (corrupt?) or maybe some deeper settings that I could look at?

Found the solution.
I didn't realize I was running older firmware and to Hikvisions suggestion I downloaded the latest firmware I updated and when logged into the Outdoor Station with the issue it showed me that the Door lock was "Abnormal Door Unlocked)"
The new firmware has the option to Unlock, Lock and Controlled. I set the option to "Controlled" as where the other OutDoor Stations and the Door Strike is now operating perfectly.
