Modem changing - best way to prepare?

My internet service provider is changing to higher speed fiber, which requires a change of the gateway/modem. I currently have the modem in bridged mode, allowing a Netgear router to handle everything relating to internet connectivity. Is there anything I should do, copy, make note of, before AT&T comes in an rips out the old modem and installs the new one? I've already confirmed I will have access to the new modem to make modifications, but I'm sure something will throw off my HikVision camera system. I'm most worried about IP settings. How best to prepare or respond to this change?

It shouldn't be a problem.
The new modem will just provide a faster connection.
Your router will be managing DHCP, issuing domain range / IP addresses, etc.
Your world wide web address may change, but assuming that you are using Hik-Connect it should pick that up automatically.

Much appreciated Phil. I figured it was best to ask ahead of time. :D

Wise to check.
There's bound to be problems now that I've said there shouldn't be ;)
Let us know how it goes.

Phil, I'm happy to report that for once you were right! Changeover went great with no problems. Went from 23 down/3 up to 95 down/25 up, all for $10/month less.
