iVMS-4200 New Versions of iVMS-4200 (V3.7.0.5) and iVMS-4200 AC (V1.7.0.5) Released

Hikvision has released new updated versions of the iVMS-4200 (V3.7.0.5) and iVMS-4200 AC (V1.7.0.5) software, below are the main updates in these new versions:

- Supports adding events triggered by iris.​

- Supports drawing point cloud filter zones for avoiding false alarms.​

- In the original point cloud diagram, added the Environment Information button. You can switch it on to view the point cloud filter zone and environment learning information (in blue points).​

- Optimized the display effect of 3D main view.​

- Person Management improvement​

- Supports applying iris information to the device.​

- Added iris as the authentication mode​

- Supports configuring linkage actions for events triggered by authentication via iris.​

Hi - I’m pretty usless with this cctv but ours (before the update) allowed me to set active areas for each camera to monitor activity. THis feature seems to have been removed in the update. Is this correct or me being useless. I’ve never found the IVMS4200 s/w particularly user friendly.
