No image from HWN-4216MH-16P on Panasonic TV

Hello,
I'm Redouan From Barcelona, this is my first post in this forum.
We have a HWN-4216MH-16P with 4 cameras (for the moment), and it works perfectly when the HDMI output is connected to a pc monitor. But when we plug the same HDMI to a Panasonic TV it doesnt show any image, we've restarted the NVR, changed the output resolution, changed to others HDMI inputs, even we have used an HDMI extender via UTP and no way.
I'm suspecting if the NVR cannot display the image in a large TV due to GPU/Processor resources, maybe not...i don't know.
i'm attaching some pictures.

Any ideas?

Hmmm - stumped.
We don't know that NVR.
You have tried all the sensible things.

Power cycle the NVR?

We certainly connect the main range of NVRs to large 50" 4K televisions without any problem.

Yes it's strange and i had power cycled many times the NVR without success.
I think i'll do a RMA since the NVR is still on guarantee.
