Hik-Connect No Push notifications?

Hello y`all,

Any idea why ip camera does not send push notification to hik-connect app?

Setup:
- NVR series 3
- 5 ip camera connected to POE switch in same LAN
- IP IPv4 address and GW correctly configured
- IP camera connected to Hikvision cloud portal
- trigger allert set always to send email and notifications!!!!

Each IP camera send email notifications with snapshot but no push notifications. Why?
