Hi all, looking for a bit of advice please, after exactly 30 days of using Hik-connect, notifications have stopped popping up on the app. Have checked the NVR and its recording events as normal and sending them to the surveillance centre. Initial setup of Hik-connect was 30 days ago and when setting up the cameras all was done via the NVR and not using SADP on a laptop. I connect to Hik-connect via a mobile number and no email has been registered.
Have noticed I’ve also lost the blue bell on the camera widgets on Hik-connect and when I try to arm the cameras it says ‘Arming failed’. All notifications are enabled and the schedules run continuously.
Was wondering if there’s something glaringly obvious about why notifications are not popping up. Can anyone help please?
