Hikvision iVMS-4500/Hik-Connect mobile notifications not working

Hi,

I've been using Angelcam for cloud storage and notifcations, but want to move away from them.

I've setup port forwarding on my NVR DS-7608NXI-I2/8P/S (V4.40.416) and can connect via the iVMS-4500 and Hik-Connect iOS apps. However the notifications don't come through to the apps. The notifications work in iVMS-4200 on desktop and correctly email Angelcam when an event happens, but they don't get passed to the iOS apps.

I can't use Hik-Central lite as my NVR doesn't support the newer SDK3+ for authentication to login.

Any ideas what I need to be checking?

Ok solved after hours of messing around trying to unbind from the NVR and SADP to be getting numerous erorrs. Didn't realise I could do it via the app, unbound and readded and all is working.
