On my monitor all cameras are showing "NO VIDEO"?

Hi everyone,
I’m needing some assistance regarding my cctv, on my monitor all cameras are showing NO VIDEO and when I’ve checked my cameras outside the red light behind them is off, when checking system maintenance is says “linking status - failed” “type- Ethernet” and on the Wizard section it says “Offline(Parsing server domain failed.)” can anyone assist me please??

Your recorder is not connected to the network "LAN 1 Link status Failed". As it's not connected to the local network, Hik-Connect is offline as it can't reach the internet. I'm assuming your cameras are connected to the network, rather than directly to the recorder. That would explain why all your cameras are also offline. You'd need to find out why the recorder is not connected to the network anymore - whether it's been physically unplugged at one end or the other, or whether the cable is faulty. There's not a lot to go on to be honest.
