Password to add EZVZ camera to Studio software?

I am trying to run the windows EZVZ pc STUDIO software so I can see the cameras on my pc on my local connection
i can add the ezvz base unit manually but it asks me for a password and then goes no further ,
has anybody had experience with this. and what specifically is this password i have tried 2, one on the base unit and the login in password to no avail
