I am looking for windows based software kind of like on this IPC tester that lets me connect to any ONVIF compatible device, with multi view layout and PTZ control support for installer purposes. The current way I install cameras is I use something like this to connect to a camera from my laptop once its installed to adjust the angle. Then I login to the webui but its a very inefficient process which requires a TON of button presses (like having to enter the password each time because it doesn't autofill properly on Chrome). If not I will probably just have to end up picking up one of these then.
