Hi everyone
,
I'm currently testing the '2CD2147G3-LIS2UY' model, and in particular latest innovations ColorVue 3.0 and Audio 2.0, which are simply incredible . In any case, these new features perfectly meet my needs.
However, I have a question that I can't seem to find the answer to, no matter how much I search. And from what I've read here, many people seem to know a lot about Hikvision cameras ^^.
I've noticed that I can encode the microphone's audio input in PCM format, which is great. However, when I play the video stream via RTSP (whether in VLC, Windows Media Player, or OBS), I can't get the audio to work. Yet, when I'm in the browser (using the camera's native interface) and I play the video stream with the audio set to PCM, the audio works perfectly.
For your information, the port configured in RTSP is indeed the one for both audio and video. If this isn't a configuration issue, have you ever encountered this problem ?
Thank you in advance for any help
.
Kind regards,
François
