POE and Powerlines (Ethernet over Power)

Having read the POE vs Ethernet over Power article i just want to sound out a potential setup moving from analogue CCTV to IP.

The CCTV will be on a outhouse which has power but no Ethernet provision. As i understand it the so called Powerline or Homeplug adapters strip out the power component transferring just the data over the mains (back to the house), thus the outhouse will have to have POE injectors to power the cameras.

So working back from camera it would go something like this:

Camera
Ethernet cable to
POE Injector
Ethernet cable into
Powerline outhouse
Powerline House
Ethernet cable to
Recorder
