Door Entry Press button to call doesn't work?

Hi everyone,
I've setup my Hikvision intercom kit this week. everything works fine except the push button to call located under the camera.
it seems not configured properly. the button doesnt respond at all even not "calling faild" or something like that

some information:
1. here a screenshot of ivms 4200 with all the products serial number

2. It's connected to keypad module- the kepad work's fine and if im typing #1 it calls to the indoor station
3. Hik-connects works fine, i can unlock the door and make calls via my phone.
4. I've tried to restore the door and indoor stations and re-setup it several times.
5. firmware updated to the latest-

Make sure your main unit is also calling "1"
