Hello, I have a question about the recorder model DS-9632NI-I8.

Hardware Version

But during such time You can still view images of current events as usual.
Therefore, the initial fix was made by rebooting the NVR. After rebooting the device is complete, the NVR can see the HDD normally and historical data is recorded normally.
After looking at the log, I found that

Local: Abnormal Shutdown

What can I do? And is there any channel that can solve this problem?

First of all, we would recommend updating your NVR firmware as you are several versions out of date.

As you are quite far out of date we would recommend updating to the following firmware versions one at a time - V4.60.000 build211129 >> V4.61.000 build220507 >> V4.61.030 Build240123
