Hi all,
Hoping someone can help please. I have a Hikvision DS-7608NXI-I2/8P Acusense NVR. Trying to export video and all I get is a black screen on playback. Or sometimes green or super pixelated, but mostly just black. I have tried the export from playback, file management and IVMS4200. Tried different USB sticks. Tried various formats on both, MP4 AVI etc. Nothing seems to work. Driving me insane.
