New job, and I could use some help.
My predecessor ordered a DS-KH8350-WTE1 to replace our current door bell camera that lost sound. It arrived after he left now I need to replace the unit. Since I know little about the system, I want to set up the replacement with the same ip address, username, password, etc. as the current one.
How do I do this?
I can see the video(Live View) on my iPhone app, and NVR; however, I cannot access the camera directly through the browser by entering its ip address. I get an error '
This site can’t be reached
xx.xx.xx.xx refused to connect.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

- From the NVR, I found the door bell camera's username and password but why is the camera refusing the browser connection? I think my computer is on the same ip range as existing camera's ip. We are using a 255.255.252.0 as the subnet so, x.x.0.0 should be the range. My computer has the first two numbers the same.
- Is there an order in Activating the new and swapping the old device/camera? I think the default ip for the new camera is (192.0.0.65), so I might have to change my ip address of my machine to configure it then change it back
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
