Setting trigger for ivms-4200 to show camera full screen

I work for a school, they want me to be able to put a camera on the exterior of the front door and have it so when someone walks up it triggers the camera on a ivms-4200 client software to full screen so the admin assistant can see clearly whos at the door. I can get it to work on the monitor for the NVR but cant figure out how to get it to work on a client software computer running ivms-4200 v2.6.2.7 build 20170826

is it even possible?

Anyone have a solution for this? Same issue as above I asked my hikvision supplier, and he said HikCentral for sure can do it, but he didn't think iVMS 4200 can. Not about to pay $2500 just for this feature.

Top monitor plugged into NVR, bottom monitor is my computer monitor running IVMS 4200 ver 2.7.1.4 build 20180403. The jetsons sound is the motion email notification

I don't know.
There is a newer version of IVMS-4200.
Any clues in the Release Notes or user manual for it here:

My bad, your version may be newer than I've ever seen!
I saw the .4, and knew the latest was .10.
But yours is 1.4, and the newest we've ever seen in UK/Europe is 0.10.
