What options do I have regarding the upgrade of my home intercom system?
I have seen that 2N make a 2-wire to ethernet adapter. But, if possible, I would like to avoid that hassle and get a wireless solution.
I currently have a 2-wire Aiphone home intercom system (upstairs and downstairs connections).
I want to install an IP based or wireless intercom system, and have a central tablet (such as the all-in-one door station or even just an iPad), where I can get door bell rings and also view cameras.
I haven't installed the cameras yet but am thinking of getting an 8 channel HikVision NVR.
