Hik-Connect To block audio for a specific client user account

Hi all ,
We have some client he want to share his cctv system to other user ,but he don't want to share the audio on the camera ,
This option is very rare ,is not like common use,
I try when I share to someone user just for tets before we share , when I share I deselect two-way audio /alarm/ptz etc , I save etc but still he can listen the audio of the camera ,
I don't know if is another way how to disable it etc ,
They are Hikvision NVR and hikvision camera ..
