Unable to Retrieve Custom Object Detection Events via AIOP_Video on Hikvision DeepMind NVR?

I'm currently working with Hikvision's AI detection features and encountering an issue that I hope someone here can help me resolve.

I want to receive events related to detected custom objects using my Hikvision system. However, I'm unable to retrieve this data through the AIOP_Video event. Here's what I've tried so far:

- Enabled Custom Object Detection: Configured the camera to detect specific custom objects as per the user manual.
- Configured Event Settings: Set up event notifications to trigger when a custom object is detected.
- Checked AIOP_Video Configuration: Ensured that AIOP_Video events are enabled in the settings.
- Firmware Updates: Updated the camera firmware to the latest version available.
- Network Configuration: Verified that the network settings allow for event data to be transmitted properly.

Did you upload custom aiop application to nvr?

Its like HEOP but in aiop case hikvision provides one. Heop is up to user development and learning
