I need update firmware because of not uploading pictures to FTP and not sending pictures via Email. Looks like not responding to motion trigers :-/

The camera you have is not part of the main Hikvision range so will not be covered by the firmware you have linked to above, your model is a HiWatch model and you will need to go to the HiWatch E-portal to download firmware for these cameras.
