Will these work with cat 5 e usp earthnet cable, been told they wont

I can't see why not - baluns tend to just need twisted-pair cable.
We don't sell baluns.
You would probably be best speaking to a vendor that does offer them.

I've read on net that analouge and he are different , but I can't see how , the biggest run is 20 metres and I'm using cat 5e cable, it's holding me up this lol
