I'm sure I've had this once before, but that was when I tried to add an additional camera. This time it's just appeared out of nowhere. Any ideas how to resolve?
The feed is working (if you doubleclick on "no resource" the camera feed appears, and it's recording as you can check from "playback"...
Anyone know how to export the audio as well? Am successfully exporting clips to USB thumb drive using the interface (connecting a mouse to the NVR itself) but while it merrily exports video it doesn't seem to export captured audio as well - which plays happily through the HDMI connection so I...
Hiya
Wondering if anyone is using Axis for people counting? We have a need to determine occupancy using an IP camera and I'm a little confused as Axis seem to sell both(?) a hardware people counter and a software people counter that can only be used with their own brand cameras(?)
If anyone...
Thanks Dan - but I think I've found the answer elsewhere on your delicious forum - looks like it's just a weird oddity about the NVR.
Thanks so much for your help!
I'm trying to add some generic cameras to my DS-7608NI-SE/P. After quite a struggle I managed to add one of them by setting its encoding to H265X however I've now tried to add a second camera and it seems it doesn't like having them both connected. They both work if I view them in full screen...
Fair enough - but any thoughts about the dwell time, red grid motion problem and orange exclamation point part of my question? No worries if not, I appreciate you're not here to answer my questions - just if you know you know! :-)
Forgot to say: the dwell time (despite being set at 10s) actually reverts back to the main view after about 5s. Any way to change that? Not a big deal...
I've used the red squares to tell the NVR what the areas of interest are for my cameras but that doesn't seem to be working. Either in terms of stopping the NVR recording footage triggered by areas I DON'T want to watch OR for stopping alerts from the iPhone app for movement that's come from...
Good news! I managed to get it working by setting the encoding to H265X. Suddenly it was able to be picked up by the NVR and I've now happily got it integrated with my existing NVR. VERY happy. Thanks for all help!! Hope this helps someone else in the future with an "eyes.sys" camera!
Well, this is very confusing. I've just downloaded Blue Iris to my Windows desktop and I've successfully hooked up on the of the cameras. Blue Iris detected a H264 stream is available on port 34567 ?! I haven't a clue if that's possible to use with the NVR...but I guess in theory it should be...
I've got a DS-7608NI-SE/P running firmware V3.0.22 build 170621 and cameras DS-2CD2032-I running v5.0.2 build 130805 but I can't upgrade them. I'm not actually sure there IS a more up to date firmware for the NVR but I know there is for the cameras but no matter what upgrade file I choose the...
