Hikvision DS-7732NI-I4 firmware

Hi,
I have a client that has a Hikvision DS-7732NI-I4 running firmware 3.4.94. I live in Australia but i think this system is bought from Canada. Whats your recommendation trying to update the firmware to the latest which is 4.61. Can I go straight to Firmware_V4.61.030_240123 or slowly go up to there? Any suggestions would be great.

Well i wouldn't, its a lot of changes. Here is a list of firmwares in between for your model

I would go firstly on 4.1.10, then the latest

Would those firmwarea work for Canada version?

If the device is marked as WR in serial it should. Canada does not have its own platform.
