The UK portal is indeed a mess. Hik removed a lot of the Turbo 4.0 DVR firmware last fall when I reported a bug and recently for the aforementioned IP cameras, they advised downloading 5.7.12 direct from the hikvision.com website

You can hard refresh the NVR page in firefox and edge (CTRL + F5) and this should reload the page instead of pulling up a cached version. I find it usually helps clearing your browser cache entirely as some of the web UI pages may still load from cache

The K series NVRs lack support for acusense camera functions. You need either the DS-7608NI-I2/8P or DS-7608NXI-I2/8P NVR to fully support your camera including 2-way audio

Perhaps you've not wired the system correctly but usually you'll have a power supply that connects to your network and both monitor and door station connect by 2-wire to the power supply. Both should then be viewable via iVMS-4200 and configurable when connected this way
