I was viewing / playing back using a web-browser, although I already have iVMS-4200 on my PC.
When I try viewing playback using iVMS-4200 it also says "no record file found".

Further info. - when I am logged onto the NVR looking at playback, when I select the camera that is not working a message appears in the bottom right hand corner that says "Note - No record file".
Thank you for your advice. I checked the storage / schedule settings (including advanced settings) for the cameras and they were the same. To double check I copied the schedule settings from one of the other working cameras to the schedule settings of the camera that is not working correctly...
I have a HikVision DS-7600NI-K2/P Series NVR and eight IP cameras, three of which are new HiLook IPC B140H IR Network Bullet Cameras.
I cannot get playback to work with one of the new cameras, but it is working fine on the other seven.
For the cameras where playback works there are pink blocks...
I have just tried entering in the NVR the primary and secondary DNS addresses that are configured in my router, but the status is still offline.
And ideas would be very much appreciated.

I have been in contact with the previous owner and they have revised the email address and phone number associated with the account and I have just changed the password - so I am making some progress :-).
When I log into the account the NVR device is shown, but unfortunately the status is shown...

I recently moved into a new house that has a DS-7608NI-K2 / 8P NVR with several cameras connected.
I have added a few more cameras but am struggling to get Hik-Connect working.
I have set up a HIK Connect account but I am not able to add a device, i.e. the NVR...
I should add that if I configure the 7th and 8th (192.168.1.212 and 192.168.1.222) cameras as one of the first six cameras they work fine, i.e. the problem seems to be about setting up the NVR to be able to interface to eight PoE cameras.
