I've spent too much time trying to connect a Reolink POE doorbell camera to my DS-7616NI-M2 / 16P and have failed miserably. Anyone able to help with easy to follow instructions please?
It looks like the Reolink POE doorbells support the ONVIF protocol, meaning you should be able to add it to your NVR.
However, your NVR will only treat it like a camera for saving footage, i.e. you won't be able to answer the doorbell via the NVR's interface.
First, make sure the doorbell is connected to your local network (via WiFi or ethernet cable), and has a valid IP address on the network's range by following these instructions:
There are a couple of methods for getting your IP camera connected and recording to your NVR: Plug and Play - This is the most popular and simplest method for smaller setups, as all you need to do is plug your camera straight into the PoE ports in a Hikvision NVR. The NVR will then do the rest...

You may also need to check that ONVIF is enabled on the doorbell - there should be a setting somewhere in the port/network settings allowing you to toggle it on / off.
